How do I put my video on it?
You load it yourself in about 30 seconds. Plug the frame into any laptop with the included USB-C cable, drag and drop your video file onto it (any standard format works), then unplug. Your moment, your choice — nothing to send us.
How long can my video be?
From 5 seconds to 5 minutes. Most customers choose 15 to 60 second clips. The video loops automatically.
Can I change the video later?
Yes — as often as you like, for free. Plug the frame back into your laptop anytime, delete the old video, and drop a new one on. The frame holds one video at a time.
Is there a subscription?
Never. You own the frame and the memory forever. No app, no fees, no account.
