How to load your video onto your LiveFrame
Your LiveFrame is plug-and-play. No app, no Wi-Fi, no account. Here's how to get your video onto it — takes 30 seconds.
Step by step
- Take the frame and the included USB-C cable out of the box
- Plug the USB-C cable into the frame, and the other end into your laptop or computer
- Your computer recognizes the frame as a USB drive — same as a memory stick
- Open the drive and drag and drop your video file onto it (any phone video works: MP4, MOV, HEIC video, etc.)
- Safely eject the frame from your computer and unplug the USB-C cable
- Plug the included power adapter into the frame and into the wall
- That's it — your video plays on a loop. Forever.
What works best
- Length: 5 seconds to 5 minutes (15–60 seconds is the sweet spot)
- Format: any standard video file (MP4, MOV, HEIC video, AVI)
- Orientation: portrait or landscape — the frame auto-rotates
- Sound: the frame plays muted by design (it's a visual memory, not a noisy gadget)
Want to change the video later?
Just plug the frame back into your laptop, delete the old file, drop in a new one. The frame holds one video at a time — swap as often as you like.
Something not working?
- If your computer doesn't recognize the frame, try a different USB-C cable or another port
- If the video doesn't play, check that it's a standard format (MP4 works on every frame)

One frame. One video. Yours forever.
